Delivery Times
We know how important it is to get your senior dog's comfort products quickly. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping (Free): 12-20 business days — available on all orders
- Express Shipping ($15): 7-12 business days
Orders to the US, Canada, and UK typically arrive on the shorter end of these ranges. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through our tracking portal.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
International Orders
We ship to the US, Canada, UK, and most European countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
