30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want your senior dog to love their new comfort products. If you or your dog are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at contact@wizepaw.com with your order number
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label (free for US orders)
- Pack the item in its original packaging if possible
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Beds and cushions must be free of pet hair, stains, and odors
- Items must include original tags and packaging
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to exchange it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
